How long of a lease am I required to sign?

Our units are rented out on a month-to-month basis. No matter if it is for a short or long period of time, we are here for you!

Do I need to provide my own lock?

You are able to provide your own locks, however the only lock that is accepted are disk locks. To make it more convenient wee also have locks that are available for purchase.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A government issued ID is required to rent a unit. (Ex: Driver’s License or state issued ID)

How do I make a payment?

We want to make it as easy as possible, that is why we have multiple ways for you to make your payments. You can stop by the office, mail it in, or use our drop box for after-hours. We accept cash, check, and money orders.

What if my payment is late?

We understand things come up, that is why allow a 7 day grace period at the beginning of each month. On the 7th of each month, if your payment has not been received, a $20 late fee will be applied and an over-lock will be placed on your storage unit until your payment has been made.

When can I access my unit?

In order to keep your possession secured we allow access to your unit between the hours of 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM – 7-days a week.

What is the difference between office and access/gate hours?

Our operating hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. During these hours you can come in and fill out the required paperwork in order to start renting a unit. Hours outside of that are for you to come in and either load or unload your possessions.

Do you off RV/boat/car/motorcycle/parking?

As of right now, we only allow motorcycles to be parked in our units.

Do I have to keep a lock on my unit?

Yes, we want to make sure your possessions are well taken care of and it is required to keep a lock on at all times.

What if I lose the key to my lock?

We all know those keys are hard to keep up with and are easy to lose. We do require a $25 fee to cut your lock and you will have to purchase a new lock.
